At PlanetPet, we carry products for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, small mammals, and reptiles. Whether you're a bird lover, a dog parent, or someone with an aquatic tank, we've got something for you!
🛒 How do I place an order?

We’ll send you an order confirmation email as soon as it's placed!
🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
🛍️ Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a PlanetPet Gift Card directly on our website. Perfect for the pet lovers in your life!
💸 Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. While we can’t guarantee changes after that time, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
📦 Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the US. For orders below that amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
🔄 What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30-day returns. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page or contact us directly.

🐟 Do you sell live animals?
Currently, we only sell pet accessories, supplies, and products. We do not sell live animals at this time.
🎁 Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your pet supplies all the way to your door.
🐾 Do you offer same-day delivery?
At the moment, same-day delivery is only available in select areas. Check our Shipping & Delivery page for more details or contact us to see if it’s available near you!
